I purchased a used 2016 Lincoln Navigator on 7/13/21. Initially I was very pleased with my sales person Kelsey Nash and the entire process. When I got home that evening (after dealership hours) and par Initially I was very pleased with my sales person Kelsey Nash and the entire process. When I got home that evening (after dealership hours) and parked the car in my driveway I heard a loud clicking noise from the back of the vehicle (near where the buttons are for the automatic folding third row) and noticed that the ambient lighting in the vehicle was not working. First thing the next morning I text my sales person and did not get a response. I then sent my salesperson and the GM Joe Barba an email to let them know about the clicking noise. I have followed up more than once and have yet to get a response. I understand I that bought a used vehicle but this vehicle came to me in this condition and in my opinion this should be addressed. Even if the dealership were to say we can't help you, they should at least give me the courtesy of a call back. I also purchased a 3 yr warranty, so there is no reason for the dealership to not return my call. Needless to say I am very disappointed - used vehicle or not this is an investment and a dealership should give a paying customer the courtesy of a call back when they are reaching out on a vehicle they just purchased. Based on this, I would caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle with this dealership. Very disappointed. More
