We have always heard good things about Wesley Chapel Toyota, so we decided to look there when our lease was about to expire on our BMW. First, we looked on their website and found a couple of vehicles we wanted to check out. When we called, we were greeted on the phone by Amanda Baron in the Business Development center. She was happy to help with our questions and she even requested the vehicles to be pulled out front so we could view them upon arrival later that afternoon. We asked Amanda for an experienced and friendly sales person, so she paired us up with Jack Peck. What a wonderful guy Jack is! He has been in car sales for several years and truly loves what he does. Jack was very patient even though we looked at a number of different cars and trucks. He made us feel very comfortable and didn't impose any pressure whatsoever. He was very friendly with our two young children and gave them each key chains. Jack found us the perfect car for our family...a 2013 Highlander, and we couldn't be happier. The kids were able to play in the toy area while we discussed our paperwork with Jack and PJ in the finance department. PJ was very helpful as well in discussing all our options for extended warranty, tire/wheel, etc. We then received our beautifully detailed Highlander on the red carpet in the delivery bay. Jack went over all our questions and even set up our enTune account and paired my phone with the BlueTooth in the car. From beginning to end, our experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota was absolutely wonderful. We will be sending our friends and family to Jack and definitely plan to return!! More

Kagan was our first contact. He was very congenial, took time to answer any questions we had. Felt no pressure to make a quick decision. Paul then accompanied us on our test drive.
