I had the BEST experience ever in purchasing a vehicle this weekend. After looking at the online inventory I found the vehicle I was interested in and contact Wesley Chapel Toyota via their website. When I arrived at the dealer John Weicherding and Lynn Hudson were there ready to help me. They had the keys to the vehicle I was looking at and off we went. After a quick test drive I was sold. John Weicherding was VERY knowledge about the Toyota Camry and was able to show me all the ends and outs of the vehicle. From the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I drove away in my new car was about 2 hours. I have never been in and out of a dealership so quickly. I was never left waiting and they were very thorough through every step of the process. This is my 7th vehicle and by far best experience. I will be referring everyone I know to Wesley Chapel Toyota and telling them to ask for John Weicherding or Lynn Hudson. I will forever be a customer at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Albert White is the manager I worked with for both cars and he is absolutely amazing. I have walked away from many car deals at other dealerships but not here. Albert and John went above and beyond to find me the right car, at the right price. The car I wanted was not on the lot, but the minute the truck pulled in with a car Albert thought I would accept, I received a phone call. First time buying a car new last car was bought as a certified used from a different Toyota dealer but overall had a good experience Lynne was very friendly i did know what car i wanted to look at befor certified used from a different Toyota dealer but overall had a good experience Lynne was very friendly i did know what car i wanted to look at before i ever headed to the dealer so that i am sure was easier..Seems to me the job of selling you a car and negotiating price has all been taken from the sales staff as a manager took over once we decided on a car basically and sat down to look at any numbers...Wished could have been more able to talk price with whoever really makes such decisions same thing with trade ins...You just keep hearing they said or they determined its worth you can never find out much more about it...I did get the price down some but didn't seem like they wanted to budge much then again perhaps i should have checked another dealer as well....Overall i am very happy with the car i got and somewhat satisfied that i got it for a good price....And if your in the market for a Toyota i would check this dealer out as they do offer a lifetime power train warranty and do ask for Lynne Hudson as she was excellent to work with regardless of the procedures she has to follow...And as for as dealer amenities perhaps hopefully they will move the massage table out from the showroom front window for at least some discretion otherwise may not ever use that service...
