Mike Grega was awesome! I went to Wesley Chapel Toyota wanting to purchase a new SUV but not sure which model I wanted ! I was quite nervous as my previous Toyota purchased at another local dealership was not a pleasant experienc SUV but not sure which model I wanted ! I was quite nervous as my previous Toyota purchased at another local dealership was not a pleasant experience but from the moment I was introduced to Jack he earned my trust by being so patient and kept reassuring me to take my time and to be sure I chose the vehicle that truly met my needs, Allowing me to test drive a Highlander and a 4Runner several times before I decided which would be best for me, as I said he was very patient, I never once felt pressured to make a decision ! As a single woman this was hugely important in my decision making !!!! Jack then introduced me to Hugh and he explained my options as far as Lease vs purchase and cost comparison between the two vehicles and what would work best for me ! I chose a gorgeous 2013 Blizzard Pearl 4Runner Limited ! I went to finance and was intoduced to Kelly and she proceeded to explain in detail my financing paperwork and warranties never rushing me , making sure I understood everything in detail before I signed anything ! Then I was greeted by Bobby and Michelle in Accessories and they explained in great detail the accessories That were on my vehicle and made sure I knew what every button and switch was for !!! Patrick came out to congratulate me when I completed the purchase and took delivery of this amazing vehicle and to make sure I happy with everything ! Lynne was an excellent sales woman along with her abilty to display great customer service. She made the "hassle" of buying a new car a breeze. She kept me up to date with all the information on my car such as when it was coming and when to expect the accessories that came with the car. She clearly explained everything to me that was in the edition of the car (Toyota Highlander Limited), synced my phone for the blue tooth capability and answered any questions or concerns I had, even after I had purchased the car. Lynne also helped me out a bunch by telling me all the things Wesley Chapel Toyota had to offer, including a kids playroom so my two girls could be occupied while my husband went and test drove our car that we were buying. She went above and beyond what I was dealing with at other dealerships, and when the time comes to buy another Toyota, she will be the first one I call. Michelle explained in detail all the add-ons that I could add before I went to financing, including showing us the accessories on a car in the showroom. Though we did not end up purchasing any extras, she was very detailed when explaining all the options we had. PJ was awesome when we hit the finance room. This sometimes can be a challenge and the most stressful part, for us, it was not. He explained everything to us including all the options for additional coverage along with the different financing options we qualified for. He is very personable and we enjoyed the fact that we could talk to someone with ease instead of a "sign on the line" finance person. Overall my experience here was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. There was no pressure and buying a car was a complete pleasure. Thank you to all three of you. Toyota is my car of choice due to great performance, with only standard maintenance.
