This was my 1st experience buying a new car. I did a great deal of research before coming to Wesley Chapel Toyota, including visiting several other local (Suncoast/Tampa) Toyota dealerships. I was very nervous about buying a new vehicle, especially since there would be no financing or leasing involved. In other words, I came there to buy a new car outright. Cesar Hernandez was great to work with that afternoon and right from the start he showed me all about the Prius 3 model I had come to see. He showed me all the car's features and explained why it would be a car that would suit my personal needs nicely. He took the extra time to thoroughly explain operating systems in simple terms, so that put my anxiety to rest. The test drive I took with Cesar was also very helpful in making my final decision to buy the Prius. He did an excellent job explaining how the "hybrid" system works in the Prius. Coupled with the Toyota factory booklets I felt much more comfortable about this new technology, that it would be a good fit for me. Cesar had a calming effect on my nerves that day and I was able to make an informed decision after the "selling" process was completed. There were times when I was thinking to myself.... maybe I should hold off for a while and come back later, but Mr. Hernandez was very reassuring. about the Prius and that was what it took to close the deal. In addition, the Parts and Accessories Depts. were also very helpful and professional in 2 separate, subsequent visits I made to Wesley Chapel Toyota. Later on, Kelly Heflin and PJ Leary were also very helpful with a problem I experienced with the temporary registration. I needed to have the original temporary registration extended and they took care of that issue 1, 2, 3. I'm very appreciative of their efforts but especially those of Cesar Hernandez. I'm delighted with the Prius 3 and it's running beautifully. The Lifetime Warranty from Wesley Chapel was also a very strong selling point. Upon arrival to the departure after sale, I was totally floored just how nice the employees were at this dealership! I had first called to speak with a sales associate on a vehicle I had seen on the intern floored just how nice the employees were at this dealership! I had first called to speak with a sales associate on a vehicle I had seen on the internet. She was very nice and agreed to setup an appointment to come review the vehicle. Upon arrival, she had to step out and I was introduced to Mike Grega, who I have to say was the best sale associate I have ever met. He explained everything from top to bottom, not hiding anything and explaining everything in great detail of the pricing of the vehicle compared to the market. I named a price of what I wanted to pay, and he went beyond means to make it happen. We traded in my car, and I got the truck I was always looking for. Once we agreed on a price, I noticed that I had left my check book at home (106 miles away), and without any hesitation on his behalf, he graciously agreed to follow me home to allow me to fill out a check to the dealership, instead of allowing me to drive all the way back and forth just for my check book. I was then introduced to Mr. Jamie Garces, whom I have to say was a pretty funny guy who made the financial signing, calm and funny at the same time. With his experience and great knowledge, he too even helped in getting my payments even lower to fit my budget. What a great combo that was paired just for my needs. Now, I am a proud owner of a truck I have always wanted, and when I want a newer vehicle, I will be sure to come back to Wesley Chapel Toyota just for it's quality of service and it's huge line of choices in vehicles.
