Went in for service on my fiancés 24 Highlander that she was not happy with cause of lies from another Toyota dealership we were forced into a vehicle we were not happy with. We decided to try the Wesley ch was not happy with cause of lies from another Toyota dealership we were forced into a vehicle we were not happy with. We decided to try the Wesley chapel branch cause the reviews looked promising. We can honestly say that the reviews are accurate!!! We had the best experience we have ever had at a Toyota dealership all because of our salesman Joseph S. And his sales manager Sharron H. From the beginning all the way thru the process both men were honest and actively worked to give us what we wanted. We are thankful to now have the sienna we wanted and the memories of a great experience thank you Joseph and Sharrod for all your hard work! More
