He listened to our concerns and really tried to adjust what we wanted to the price point of the car that would work best for our budget. Of coarse; I was hesitant about how "perfect" everything seemed. But with this being said, there were NO SMOKE & MIRROR TRICKS! Being that my fiancé & I are a young couple I had first hand experience with the "mind games" of other major dealerships. But you will not find any here. He was friendly and professional & really did all he could to make this as smooth a process as possible. He listened to my needs and was sensitive to my financial limitations. My friend bought a used car there and it had been in an accident and she felt very taken advantage of because she was a woman. We have had Toyotas since 1993 (3 Corrolas & 1 Camry) We knew the quality but John's insight on what we wanted and the price range we had in mind led us to our purchase of 2013 Corrola S. The property (WCT) is immaculate and the associates operate in very freindly yet proffessional manner. We did meet with finance, service & options personnel but most of our time was with John who answered every question and the experience was positive through every aspect.
