John Lane is extremely product knowledgeable, patient, experienced, and honest. We had a lot of fun working with us and he went above and beyond to serve us. In our minds, he represents the epitome of selfless service in a sales context. We really enjoyed our experience with John. He even drove a similar vehicle of my wife's choice from WC to South Tampa to demonstrate the vehicle's features and performance. Great Team, very willing to work with you. They stayed late into the night to help complete the transaction, and met most of my requests. Also worth noting is the Sales Manager Frank, who gave me the space I needed to reach a decision. I did not feel overly pressured as is the case so often when looking at cars. On another note, I'm not sure if this is a dealership or modeling agency. It appears as if they only hire the prettiest of girls. No disrepect to them however, becuase they are the real deal when it comes to knowledge of their product and customer relationship skills. Ladies, don't let your husbands shop here alone. LOL... My only complaint is that I am still waiting for my 4X4 driving lesson from Lynee, and the case of import beer that Jack promised me... (pssst Jack, I like IPA's and ESB's) More

I contacted Scott and let him know what I was looking for in a vehicle. Scott let me know what he had on the lot and if there was something that they didn't have he would locate it. When I came in to look at the car, I was impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone at the dealership was, from the time I drove onto the lot. The car was well within the price range I was looking for, and was exactly what I needed. After test-driving the car, and talking with John Lane, I was ready to make the investment. He got the process started, and when he had to go deliver a car to another customer, Mike Grega gladly stepped in to help out. I really never expected the kind of service and friendliness from a dealership that I got - all the way to the financial part of it with Kelly Heflin.
