From our very first contact with this dealership (phone call from salesman John Lane as a response to an on-line inquiry we'd made), our experience has been ideal. It appears they have a good inventory with a good likelihood of having the car one is looking for, or something very near. John is very knowledgeable of the model we were shopping for and explained the details of the model in easy to understand communication. We were able to find an agreeable price and go home with our new car that same day. We were additionally happy to learn that they handle the extra task of registering the new car through the DMV for us, saving us time and effort on another day! PJ Leary was also very nice to work with in regards to the detailed paperwork and financial component. He is clearly very skilled in the process of all the paperwork, making it seem less daunting than first appearing. Our last staff contact to meet was Kathi Karamoschos who confirmed we had all our questions answered and informed us she would continue to be available to assist with any concerns or questions after we left. In fact, all three staff members communicated that, which is reassuring. The facility is designed beautifully and is easy to find where you want to go, whether it be sales, service, or refreshments! We are long-time Toyota owners and are so pleased to have found our new dealership after having moved to Tampa just a couple years ago. Keep up the great work, WC Toyota!
