Further, when the car was ready to be delivered, my salesman drove to my home in Lakeland, picked me and drove me to the dealership. This was my first time buying a vehicle. As soon as I walked in, Jacob greeted my family and I. I told him what I was looking for, and my price range. One thing we liked the most is that Jacob, as well as the other workers were extremely knowledgeable and straightforward. There was never the feeling that we were getting the runaround, or just being told what we wanted to hear so that they could close the sale. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and we were driving out in my new car in record time. My parents live in Miami and said that when it’s time to trade in their cars, they’d gladly make the four hour drive to Wesley Chapel just to make the trade with this team, and especially Jacob.
