I had a few different manufacture I was looking at and I had a great experience working with Ernest the sales representative at Wesley Chapel Toyota. I had a few different manufacture I was looking at and Ernest who was very patient with me was about to show me the value of getting a 2019 Toyota Camry. He is a very pleasant person to work with and I recommend you going to see him if you are in the market for a new car. Ernest, Frank and Evelyn went above and beyond to earn my business.. I have one side note: The trunk mat in my Toyota Camry had what seem to be water stains on. Both Ernest I an went through 7 to 8 different Toyota Camry and they all had the stains in the same location. After pointing this out to Chris he suspects it's the glue being used that's seeping through. Maybe this should be reported up to cooperate.. More

I wish I could give 5 stars I have had a good experience at the dealership as far as negotiations go, but the dealer is not too clean at all. The kids section was really dirty and the car we bought they were supposed to give it a “good detail”, but my husband had to scrub the whole thing up finding all kinds of seeds and candy wraps in it. This is the second car we buy from them and even the last one that was new was not cleaned properly. More

Lack of integrity I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla in 2016, but my wife had a horrible accident that finished in injuries and a total lost. I went to Wesley Chapel Toyot I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla in 2016, but my wife had a horrible accident that finished in injuries and a total lost. I went to Wesley Chapel Toyota for help and we agreed a lease for an amount for a 2020 Corolla, in fact I made a first payment in the dealer for that amount. I was in upset condition with so many worries in my head because of the accident that happened some hours before, and when I went to the finance office, they changed the numbers in the contract. I trusted in their integrity and I didn't read the contract carefully. Now I have to pay an amount that is going to be a challenge for us with invoices from the Hospital, quiropractor, etc. coming. The lack of ethics in that dealer is why people don't believe in car sales people. More
