After the car was sold, he recovered items we had left in our trade in. He was on time for an appointment that he made at our convenience to teach us about the car. Most importantly he spent as long as we needed explaining how to operate the many features of the car and making sure that we could operate those features. More

Garland was very helpful in answering our questions as we considered buying a van. He negotiated a good/fair price on the vehicle. When Garland realized the remote needed new batteries he said the dealership would pay for them, even after his manager originally said it would be our responsibility. We appreciate Garland going to bat for us. Joe in financing was also helpful when finding a low interest rate and in explaining the various options for maintenance contracts, etc. More
