STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. I've had, not only the STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. I've had, not only the worst car buying experience but the worst customer service experience ever with these guys. Long STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. I've had, not only the worst car buying experience but the worst customer service experience ever with these guys. Long story short, these guys were selling a used car that was in no condition to be sold. And on top of that, they DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS! When I was test driving the vehicle, I noticed a slight rubbing or whirring noise from the rear left tire. They assured me it was probably just a rotor or brake pad rubbing and I, seeing as how they had just serviced the vehicle, gave them the benefit of the doubt and ended up making a deal for the car that night (Friday night). They provided me with a "We Owe You" slip and told me someone would contact me to bring the car in that week. I ended dropping the car off on Thursday of the following week. After waiting in the waiting room an hour and a half, the service tech came and told me they were going to be put me in a car because they needed to keep mine. He mentioned it was more serious than they thought, some sort of problem with the rear differential. He told me himself or the used car manager would get in touch with me later in the day. The day goes by, no call. I wait until Friday after work, still no call so I pick up the phone and call. The service advisor tells me he gave everything over to the used car manager, not sure why, and he would be calling me shortly. Again, no call that night. I call back on Saturday, rather frustrated, trying to find out what's going on. The gentleman that picks up the phone in the service department tells me I need to talk to Nikki. He puts me into her voicemail of course... fortunately she calls me back shortly and tells me they sent my car to a transmission shop to see if the rear differential needs to be replaced or rebuilt. She says she will call me that day (Saturday) or Monday at the latest. Of course, she does not call either day. I call Monday after work and get put into her voicemail. I call back later that same night, upset, and get bounced around to a number of individuals. I finally get in touch with the original service advisor who tells me they're supposed to hear from the transmission shop by Tuesday (next day) at noon and they would be in touch with me shortly after. I get a call Tuesday afternoon from the service advisor and he says they're going to rebuild it and it should be done by Thursday or Friday. I get a call late in the afternoon Friday saying its now going to be Tuesday before its complete. I'm livid. I call the dealership and ask for the sales manager and get voicemail of course. I explain in my voicemail my frustration and that I would really like to discuss returning the vehicle (not unreasonable at this point, in my opinion) and as of Monday morning, I have not been called back... of course. By the way, my salesman was nice enough to deal with during the buying process. He told me if I had any problems after the deal, to let him know and he would go to bat for me. I called him the day after I dropped the car off to see if he could help find out what's going on. He told me as soon as he got into work that day he would find out what was going on. I never heard from him, even after I called and left him a voicemail Friday evening. One of the most basic tenets of customer service is to call your customer back when you say you're going to call them back, something this dealership has consistently failed to do. Also, I'm not sure if they were naive about the condition of the car or hoping the customer was, either way this has been a nightmarish used car buying experience. By the way, I'm writing the review a week and a half after dropping my car off and I still do not have my car back. At this point, they have had it for longer than I have, as the owner of this vehicle. More

I was calling to set up service and my call was constantly bounced around for about 10 minutes. So of course frustration built up. I finally got an advisor by the name of pebblis who listened to me constantly bounced around for about 10 minutes. So of course frustration built up. She remained friendly and listened to all my complaints and took the time to make sure all my problems were taken care of before she got off the phone. This is the third auto I've purchased from West County Honda in the past two years. Bret Donaldson was friendly, helpful and efficient. My son and I went on a test drive (alone) with the chosen vehicle, and had a wonderful opportunity to review the car's performance and features. The finance office guy was cheerful, efficient and incredibly speedy for this tedious task. I'm a loyal customer. Bret Donaldson sealed the deal, and we all went home happy. More

I just purchased a Honda Accord from Bret Donaldson at West County Honda. Bret was great to work with and went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. I sent him emails on Sunday and his day West County Honda. Bret was great to work with and went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. I sent him emails on Sunday and his day off thinking he would answer when he returned to work, however, he responded to my questions during his time off. There was no negotiating, they started lower than I planned to begin. This was the easiest car purchase I've done. I will be recomending Bret and West County Honda. The service was oustanding. Mike Banaskavich was our sales person, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and committed! He gave me his card with his cell number I assumed that was a "sales" thing. I got my car and we needed a few friendly, knowledgeable and committed! He gave me his card with his cell number I assumed that was a "sales" thing. I got my car and we needed a few things addressed. They called as promised to set up my service appointment to address the "we owe you" items we discussed prior to the sale. I got the call 2 weeks later to bring it in. Although there were some serious issues with the Service Department, Mike answered his cell when I called him at 7:00 a.m. with the concerns I had with the service department. Mike not only answered my call before his "working" hours he also made calls to get my issues addressed and called me back. I was beyond impressed with Mike and I think WCH is very lucky to have stolen him from Mungenast! The Service Department needs a lesson in Customer Service & Fulfillment. My car was supposed to be detailed, few other things (front end related) addressed and another part (I Broke ) fixed during it's 4 day stay at WCH. Needless to say I went to pick up my car Monday after being called Saturday that it was ready to find that not only did they say it wasn't ready but they couldn't locate my keys. I waited 45 minutes to find out that someone had taken it to get some "finishing touches" so it wasn't lost nor mia just left hand not talking to the right. Either way I pull out of the lot in my beautiful car (they detailed the out side) just to realize they didn't fix the thing I had broke and nor did they detail the inside. I was extremely disappointed. They had my car (Odyssey Touring Ellie) for 4 days gave me their loaner (thankful but it was a serious down grade from my car) either way asked several times during my car's stay if it had been detailed. Was told yes over and over. Even with cost estimates on the part I broke and approved the charges for to be fixed. Anyway after the long drawn out ordeal mind you all of this "service" stuff happened today. I called and spoke to the Service Manager he was beyond helpful and apparently his guys just need to take a page from his book. He offered to come get my car (45 minute drive away) and fix it completely in 1 day. He also will bring it back to me. Now that's customer service. So although I did have a very bad experience with the service department initially I must say they're really trying to make up for it and the sales team (Mike Banaskavich) is beyond impressive! Between the service manager Brian and Mike they beyond met my expectations. I was really dreading this whole must fight for it to be right thing, but I'll say this it wasn't much of a fight they cared that it wasn't right! Impressive! More
