Jim Ball from West Herr worked very hard with us to find the car we needed and wanted. He set up many appointments for us to test drive different cars within the West Herr group. Both were very good at their Jobs and treated us with respect and were not pushy at all. We felt like they truly wanted to find us exactly what we wanted and worked with us on the price of the car.
