We NEVER write company reviews but felt this one was a must! Yesterday we stopped into the dealership on a whim. After looking around the lot we went into the showroom and were immediately greeted by Cono must! Yesterday we stopped into the dealership on a whim. After looking around the lot we went into the showroom and were immediately greeted by Conor Holmes (salesperson). Conor was extraordinarily attentive to want we wanted (and didn't want) and retained everything we said (he even remembered EXACTLY how we each liked our coffee when we went back that afternoon to pick up our new truck). Then on to Austin Kelly, Finance Manager. Again the epitome of professionalism! Not once did either of these men try to hard sell or "bait and switch" on anything which was SO refreshing after buying MANY vehicles from many different dealerships. Austin even dealt with a small glitch we had with ease and no angst to us. We CANNOT recommend this dealership and their employees enough. It is extraordinarily refreshing to deal with a company that says something, keeps their word and goes above and beyond on EVERYTHING. Kudos to West Herr. Do what you need to to retain these two gentlemen. They are truly assets. We now have our "dealer for life" and will continuously refer!
