When my favorite car salesman ever, Skip Fred, retired, I was at a loss for who I was going to go to when I needed something for my car. He offered to order touch up paint for me. I told him that I don't get out to Hamburg that often and he said he'd hang onto it for me. I called 2 months later and when I gave him my name he immediately told me "I've got it right here on my desk." When I arrived there he came right out and handed me my paint with a smile.
