All team members I met were very courteous. However, I wasn’t pleased that an oil change/all pts inspection took 3 hours with a scheduled appt time. I was advised I needed rear brakes at a cost However, I wasn’t pleased that an oil change/all pts inspection took 3 hours with a scheduled appt time. I was advised I needed rear brakes at a cost of $632. I had them completed elsewhere for $340. That’s quite a mark up/price difference. Again,, I’d like to stress the team members were very professional and kind, but a 3 hour wait time with an appointment is excessive. More
