I saw the vehicle online at the Honda store in Lockport and called Bill immediately. Bill made sure the vehicle was in Hamburg on Friday for me to test drive. After test driving and falling in love with the vehicle, Cord walked me through the process along with Bill and helped me apply for financing. By Saturday afternoon I was taking the vehicle home. Both of them were extremely professional and answered all of mine and my husband’s questions. The purchase was quick and both of them went above and beyond what they needed to do for my family. Both of them worked with us and found me what I needed and what fit for my family. They made sure that we were satisfied and they communicated every little detail with us. It is hard to find business that value their customers and that you trust and West Herr went above and beyond. We will be back for sure to purchase other vehicles. More

Quote include recommendation for work previously completed and replace all four tires (I literally drove the vehicle there from a tire shop and had a new tire installed on the car and they wanted to replace tie) they stood by their quote and said although the tire was "newer" I should consider replacing it. Wow. Needless to say not a fan of predatory recommendations. Had bought three different vechicles over the years from this location and fair amount of service work. First and last time I'm willing to be subjected to such malarkey More
