lack of honesty I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma new back in 2012. Asked the salesman Mike Snyder if it would be possible to get genuine Toyota Factory fog lights ins I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma new back in 2012. Asked the salesman Mike Snyder if it would be possible to get genuine Toyota Factory fog lights installed. He said it would be no problem and it would be taken care of before I picked up the truck. I was specific that I did not want aftermarket equipment put on, but rather genuine Toyota accessories. When I picked up the truck and saw that a portion of the dashboard had been cut out and a plain black rocker switch was installed I knew it had not been genuine Toyota parts installed. I later learned it was indeed aftermarket stuff installed by a man named Wayne Steven. The fog lights stopped working and I got under the truck to take a look. Terrible workmanship, took it to a shop near my home and they informed me the wrong wire had been used and it all corroded, there was a relay that was installed backward and there was no H11 pigtail installed but rather spade connectors. So not only did the salesman lie to my face but the person who did the work did not know what he was doing nor did he care about the quality of the work. Do Not go to this dealership More

While West Herr did not provide a quote up front, when I stopped in,, they were willing to negotiate and meet the price quotes I had received. The purchase process was smooth, sales folks were all very helpful. There were no “mystery” or excessive charges, licensing was at cost and totally painless. i would suggest that prospective buyers do their homework thiugh! I found that at most dealerships, I knew more about the car than the salesperson. However, WH folks were all well informed but many details about the vehicle were glazed over or missed explanation at the point of sale. However, West Herr sent a technician out to meet me and went over every detail of the vehicle and took the time to answer all my questions!! This service is GREAT!
