Knowledgeable, courteous and patient staff right from the front door. ONLY disappointment…..I did not leave the lot with the vehicle I ordered and I don’t think there was much effort made to ‘bridge’ the gap front door. Tony also gave us a $200 discount on our Maintenance agreement. Hope he didn’t lose his job over that gift. Forked out some more bucks for a Simonize treatment and Maintenance agreement. Didn’t waste any more of Kyle’s time with vehicle instruction. Would call,but not badger, if I had any questions. Remembered when I was leaving the lot that I was asked a number of times by a number of people “What they could get my wife and I during our visit”. I wanted badly to say “I want the vehicle I ordered”. Seriously doubt I would get any better service from a different dealership. Times have changed…..over 40k and not what I wanted. BEAUTIFUL!! Did a oil and filter change and quote on exhaust system. After paying a reasonable price for oil change and tire rotation, I was then quoted $2100 to fix the exhaust pipes. To say the least I was taken by surprise and promptly took my car to Another place to get another quote. After paying $2000 for my last service stop to include replacing the drive shaft after only 85,000 miles, I was not going to pay another $2,000 for service. Even though everyone is friendly, I may start having my car service done elsewhere. More
