The primary reason for selecting a Ford product for this purchase was that Ford did not accept a federal bailout during the financial crisis of 2008, the only auto manufacturer not to do so. NEW CAR SALES EXPERIENCE/CUSTOMER SERVICE My parents bought a new 2018 ford explorer from west hills bremerton ford, the salesman RJ was a very good salesman, but needs to learn a little more My parents bought a new 2018 ford explorer from west hills bremerton ford, the salesman RJ was a very good salesman, but needs to learn a little more about customer service, during the first week of my parents owning there new Ford, it became very obvious that there were problems with the vehicle (from lot attendants not paying attention to details, ie: parking cars to close together to manufacture defect). the sales team and service team tried to fix the problem with no avail. It was not until the General Sales Manager Kurt Oaklank got involved and finally resolve the situation. Kurt and his service team did everything in there power to accomadated my parents and when it was realized that the problem (due to manufactures defect and lot attendants), was not going to get fix, Kurt went above and beyond and bought the car back (even though it was a legit paperwork nightmate for his team) and got a brand new one (with all the accessories that my parents wanted) sent from another location. Kurt saved the deal for ford and made a dissatisfied customer very satisfied. I would like to give 5 stars just for what Kurt did for my parents, but as there salesman RJ says, "nothing is perfect, and we should of been happy for having them bend over backwards" , even though most of the problem occurred do to there lot attendants being careless, (this was of course before Kurt got involved and proved that true customer service is not dead and gone yet). So I will take RJ recommendation and give Bremerton Ford 4 and 1/2 out of 5 stars****, (not perfect but pretty dang close). As long as Kurt or someone that knows how to treat customers the right way and believes in customer service the way Kurt does runs the sales team I will recommend Bremerton Ford to my friends and family. More

Horrible service from the service department to sales floor Absolute horrible service. From the service department to the sales floor. I had my Mazda CX-7 towed to the dealership because it wouldn't start. It n Absolute horrible service. From the service department to the sales floor. I had my Mazda CX-7 towed to the dealership because it wouldn't start. It needed a new AC compressor. Brenda in the service department didn't even have my paperwork in front of her when she called me so she couldn't tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. I went in and talked to the "Number 1 Mazda tech in the US" and he told me my compressor had metal in it. He looked at the car for at most 20 minutes. There is no way he could have found metal in 20 minutes. Mazda quoted me $2000 to repair my car that they misdiagnosed. I decided I would talk to the sales floor and possibly trade my Mazda in instead. They told me they would text, call AND email me the next day and I never heard from them. They failed to mention to me the customer cash promotion going on, and the manufacture loyalty program. They won't return your calls or voicemails for a week. Then you get a survey in your email and once you rate them low they call you within an hour. I ended up buying the compressor and replacing myself for $125. I will never take my Mazda or consider purchasing one here ever again. More

Had my car appraised while we looked for the right vehicle. Found the one that best fit my families need and with the diligence of management, drove off in record time. I cannot say enough good this dealership has in products, and most importantly, its people. My experience was stress free, which is very important when one makes the decision to purchase a new vehicle. There's a placard hanging from the rafters that state "Honesty! Integrity! Customer Satisfaction!..." couldn't be more true! If we buy another vehicle, West Hills will be our first and last stop. More

I used the Costco car buying service and Bonnie was more than prompt with her response. She directed me to Shawn Barrera who was very professional, helpful, and without pressure. I described what I was looking for, he had one in stock with the options I wanted, and I made the purchase. I'd considered attempting to sell my trade in privately, but they offered a fair trade-in value, and with the sales tax taken off the trade-in value, it was a no-brainer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership, particularly Shawn and Bonnie, to my friends. More
