Nicest car salesman EVER! I was actually on my way to another dealership and decided to stop by West Hills Kia to take a look at their inventory. He offered us a beverage of choice as we came in from what seemed to be a wind storm. Roy showed me several cars that I was interested in. Roy went to retrieve cars and parked them directly in front of the dealership so that me and my daughter did not spend to much time out in the cold. He made sure that I received the same amount for my trade-in that was offered by another dealership. Overall I had a great experience. Will buy again! :) More

Freezing January day This was our first visit to the Kia dealership. We had an appointment with another person but she was home sick so I'm glad she stayed at home! We met Roy Velasquez at the door and told him what we were there to look at. He brought the car around and spent quite a bit of time going over features, etc. He was knowledgeable and thorough. A very nice guy to work with. I'm sure I'll have more questions for him as I go through the owner's manual. All in all it was a very easy process from start to finish. More
