Not only because the car is so terrific, but because my online sales person who became my face-to-face sales person was extraordinary. Josh W. rocks. I trusted him. Yes, the car buying experience still takes longer than it should and the "down the hall to the back office finance-room" is still uncomfortable - but in the end West Hills made it as fun as possible and everyone was really kind. It felt like a family atmosphere. Being a woman in the car purchasing arena can be intimidating but not here. Thanks again ! More

His follow up after the sale was fantastic, calling a couple of times to make sure everything was okay and just to say hello. I did have a service issue early on which was covered under warranty. West Hills provided me with an excellent loaner car so I was not inconvenienced. West Hills Kia is a class act! More
