LOVE my Kia! I came in for routine service. While getting my free latte, I was greeted by the upgrade manager who introduced me to her program. No sales tactics, I came in for routine service. No sales tactics, just raised the possibility of getting a new car for less than I was currently paying. One thing led to another and I wound up letting my sweet little 2012 Forte, which I love, go for a new 2016 Forte in the color I REALLY wanted in the first place.
