We decided to trade in the Borrego even though we were in LOVE with it. Mathew put us in contact with Chris Rembaugh and Roy Velasquez. Both Chris and Roy were very attentive and caring. They listened to our needs, wants, and must haves and pulled the two cars they thought would fit our budget limits and meet our needs. They did a great job!!! They were VERY patient with my husband who was pretty leery of trading in. When the banks couldn't reach the numbers that my husband wanted Carl, Chris, and Shawn went back to the drawing board and got the numbers that made my husband happy with the car that made me happy. Shawn made the signing of the loan paperwork as painless and quick as possible. I couldn't have asked for a harder working team. As soon as you walk in you feel like your with family and friends. Josh helped us out so much with trying to find a car that fits in our budget. He was so informative about everything in the car, on the car, about the car. It was awesome. That was the first time my husband and I have had a good experience at a deal ship. Josh was not pushy at all, or try to persuade us into buying a car he totally left it up to us. After several times going to look at different Optimas we finally decided one and with the help of Josh and Roy we drove our new Optima home. Josh and Roy did an awesome job! Everyone that worked in the deal ship that we met were just so welcoming and helpful! I will be putting the word out to go see Josh and Roy and West Hills Kia! More

Traded for new vehicle I have been going here for 3 years after I got my first used vehicle for the oil changes I got with it. Best experience ever!!!!!!!!!! This is our 7th car we have bought since 2000. This was our first experience with WestHills KIA. I have to say it was the most pleasurable experience I have had when buying a car. Roy Velasquez (Salesman) treated us like gold. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the car that we wanted. There was no pressure in buying at anytime at all. After test drive, he took us in, got us some refreshments and sat and talked to us while his General Manager (Chris) ran all the numbers. There was no 4 square paper work. They didn't take your keys and hold you hostage. Just good old fashion this is what price we want, and this is what you get for trade in. We left for two days to decide and they never pressured us into staying and negotiating more. Nor did they call us at home trying to make a sell. We ended up getting a last years model, but new....and they gave us a smoking good deal. Way under MSRP. These guys treat you like family and you can tell they care about making your experience the best so you will return in the future. You will NOT get a better deal or service than what I got here! Thank you guys for restoring the faith in me that there are still good family style dealerships out there. We will be back. More

He explained details to the 'inth' degree, answered all questions even some I did not know to ask, and when more time was needed to complete the job, he personally called every day with an update. I am the satisfied owner of a 2004 KIA Sorento which I bought new in New Mexico. I travel a lot and your dealership, especially your Service Department, is the BEST I have encountered.
