Good except the vehicle is illegal to drive without plates. Seven weeks later this vehicle does not have license plates. I have discussed this with several individuals there, most recently the new car manager. Seven weeks later this vehicle does not have license plates. I felt they gave me a good value for my trade and the purchase of the new vehicle was fare. Financing I have mixed emotions about. I regret financing with West Metro. I felt the finance process was rush purchase of the new vehicle was fare. Financing I have mixed emotions about. I regret financing with West Metro. I felt the finance process was rushed and words were not all truthful. At the start of the process we were told there would be only one credit pull on our credit report. I was admiring to not shop my credit. When I got home, I received a warning that my credit had been pulled by multiple banks. Additionally, when I wanted to pay off my current loan and not roll my present vehicle into the purchase of the new vehicle, I was pressured by being informed I’d need to write a check for the entire trade allowance of my trade vehicle. I’m not very happy with this type of sales tactic. More

They were very easy to deal with. This is my second purchase from them. 1st one was awesome. 2nd one was good. Same man dropped fhe ball on 1 item but the dealership jumped right on it.
