I also purchased the extended warranty based on the explanation and recommendation from Ryan. I seldom buy extended warranties, but it was apparent that West Metro stands by their warranty and work. I would definitely consider West Metro for my next vehicle purchase. One negative, and not West Metro's fault, but our 2016 Trax has no cruise control!?! Why would any vehicle made in the last 4 years (or 20 years for that matter) not have cruise control?!? Chevy... Wife is still happy though. More

Right when installed into the dealership I was offered something to drink which I thought was nice and we had conversation whi kinsell, he helped me.
