Unfortunately the car experienced a significant failure shortly after delivery- just a part that gave out after 25 years. The easy path would have been to apologize and move on to the next customer. We brought our Denali in because we were experiencing intermittent vibrations. Normally they would have charged over $200 to diagnose the issue which required draining/replacing tranny fluid, but because intermittent vibrations. They also found a leaking front strut which was not covered by warranty and they took care of it free of charge.
