Not focused on customer experience We have bought/ traded in a total of 5 vehicles in the past 10 years with West Metro. They have always been fair which has kept us coming back. Our mo We have bought/ traded in a total of 5 vehicles in the past 10 years with West Metro. They have always been fair which has kept us coming back. Our most recent purchase has been a different story as we were treated fairly rude during negotiations. We were promised certain things would be top priority and taken care of immediately after purchase as “we owe” items, and assured we didn’t need to wait to purchase because they would be corrected. The service appointment had to be initiated by myself, and our vehicle (“high priority” supposedly) finally got in over 3 weeks after our purchase. Service has had our vehicle now for over 2 weeks, and any updates I get is when I call them and ask for info. On top of that, our salesman contacted me to inform me that they were going to “help us out” by having us pay a portion of the repairs, which during negotiations were agreed to be taken care of by the dealership as per what is called a “we owe” agreement, (which ironically I never received a copy of. Still “patiently” waiting for any sort of resolution on our vehicle. More
