Probably will not come back. After the oil change, they put my Escape thru the car wash, during the process my wipers came on and got damaged. They did replace the wipers, which After the oil change, they put my Escape thru the car wash, during the process my wipers came on and got damaged. They did replace the wipers, which were new, so not sure the replacements were as good as what I had on there. Before my new ones, I had wipers from Nappa and they were awful and had to be replaced with not much use on them. The replacement wipers are from Nappa, so times will tell. The oil change was done on Monday. Yesterday I went out and had opened the back hatch and noticed thee are scratches on my back bumper, so have no idea how that happened. I know it wasn't there before as I just had the Escape hand washed the week before and I had inspected it then. I can only assume this happened during my car wash from West Metro as well. That is the reason I said I would not recommend nor probably every return again. More

great service depoartment I had an oil-change and a couple of tires fixed. They ran into an issue with a tire pressure sensor would not work. Honest Bought our 2014 Chevy Silverado from West Metro Buick with a trade in of a 2013 Honda Accord. They gave me a fair price for my Honda and a fair price Bought our 2014 Chevy Silverado from West Metro Buick with a trade in of a 2013 Honda Accord. They gave me a fair price for my Honda and a fair price for the Chevy. We had signed the paperwork for the truck and afterward they said they forgot to mention that the truck has some hail damage- which they will be fixing for free. We got a free rental truck while this repair happened. Then, a while later, we had taken the truck into a different repair shop and was told something (I'm not car savvy so forgive the vagueness) on the truck was broken and it will cost $2,000 to fix it. Well, we bought a warranty from West Metro so we brought it there to see if this repair would be covered. They said it would, but that part isn't actually broken. What we needed were replacement rear brakes. My husband said he would replace those himself and the service center was fine with that. No hassling or dishonesty on their part. LOVE this dealership and their service center. They are honest and fun to work with when purchasing a car. Will definitely be back when we need an upgrade. More
