We had traveled all day from North Dakota and after two "really bad" experiences from two other MN dealerships we were ready to head back home. By chance before getting on the interstate I told my wife I wanted to look at one more dealership-West Metro. It was five o'clock on a Saturday evening...closing time. I didn't think I would find exactly what I was looking for all day long--a black Denali. Even though it was closing time everyone was willing to stay and help us get back home with what we wanted a brand new pickup. They work extremely well together as a team and treat their customers with the utmost respect and that is really hard to find these days. Fully explained all of the warranty options and answered any questions my wife or I had during the process. He kept it fun and exciting as well. He answered any questions we had without judgement. He made the test drive fun and let me decide for myself which vehicle I felt the most comfortable in. He was upfront about everything and went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were enjoying the car buying experience. We had to have a follow up talk about setting up the On-Star in the vehicle and he was prompt and polite in calling me as soon as possible. Would love to work with Andy again. My wife and I informed him of the type of vehicle we were looking for and our price range and he had many options picked out before we even had arrived. He was patient with us looking at the vehicles and was honest about his opinions on which would be best. I especially appreciated how Jeff wanted to make sure we stayed in the price range we were comfortable in and would not push us in any way. He also was a huge help in taking my disaster of a trade-in vehicle. He gave us a fair offer, even though the vehicle was in need of a lot of repairs and I wasn't expecting much.
