My purchase experience from start to finish was nothing but great at West Metro. All the staff at West Metro very pleasant to deal with. My great experience starting with Jody at the front desk who was ver but great at West Metro. All the staff at West Metro very pleasant to deal with. My great experience starting with Jody at the front desk who was very welcoming and put me in contact with Tony in sales. Tony was very informational and helpful in assisting me to figure out what were the pros/cons in the vehicle I currently owned so I could than decide what I wanted/needed in a new vehicle, Tony was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and once I made my decision he was very patient with answering all my questions regarding the vehicle and going through all the great options on my purchased vehicle. Joleen in finance did an amazing job on going over finace options and warranty options. I feel that from start to finish all staff including the owner Jeff really wanted me to purchase what was best for me and wanted me to be completely satisfied with my purchase. More
