Tony made the process super easy, I had called ahead and he had the vehicle upfront and ready for a test drive. Very easy going, no nonsense approach, which was appreciated. Ryan in finance did a great he had the vehicle upfront and ready for a test drive. Very easy going, no nonsense approach, which was appreciated. Ryan in finance did a great job, wasn't pushy on products - buying a 10 year old vehicle I already knew I wanted the extended service plan (like a warranty) he had good prices for that product and was very efficient. Whole process from walking in the door to driving away in the new vehicle was probably about 2 hours. No trade vehicle this time. Thanks Tony, Ryan and West Metro! More

I had an awesome experience with Corey Nelson and the whole team at West Metro. Corey is always low pressure when I am thinking about a new vehicle, I believe this is my fifth vehicle from there. He knew what I wanted, the payment range I could afford and he made it work! He also walked me through all of the bells and whistles of my new ride and helped connect my blue tooth and install the Buick app. on my I Phone.
