The car we wanted to buy was not there when I arrived to buy it. It had been sent out as a loaner. Came back the next day and it took multiple hours to finalize deal. I was hearing a lot of good thinks about it from friends who got vehicles there. So I looked at there web site and made a few calls about a vehicle I liked and went in and hooked up with a sales person and who got vehicles there. West metro sold my wife a car knowing that the tires had to be replaced. Was this taking advantage of a woman.???? I hav no other conclusion, but Yes, discrimination. We had purchased vehicles from West Metro in the past and had vehicles in for service several times, I have always had great service when dealing with the service department. When we had come back after a test drive, our salesman Tony had a strawberry sundae for me! Great thing is they were not pushy and took the time to answer our questions.
