I had my Toyota Camry serviced there. It took more than three hours to get oil change for my car. I was told on the phone while booking the appointment that it would take between one hou It took more than three hours to get oil change for my car. I was told on the phone while booking the appointment that it would take between one hour and one and half hour. They say they honor other Toyota dealer service department coupons or discounts. When I showed the outside dealer service coupon for oil change to get better price for oil change, they were not happy at all. I am hoping they did the oil change. The final price was for oil change was almost in the middle between their price and the outside dealer price in the coupon. So, they really did not honor the outside service dealer coupon. My interaction was so negative, I am now doubting whether they really did the oil change or they just did the paperwork without actually performing oil change. More

Didn’t get it for the price I wanted and I felt like I had to give out an arm and a leg to get a new car . Went to Toyota of Nashua and got my car with no negative equity at a 5.99 apr with Gap, wheel and had to give out an arm and a leg to get a new car . On top of that my credit was ran without my knowledge when I wanted to be there when it was done . Seems unprofessional More
