My family purchased multiple vehicles from Wellesley Toyota for a generation. All the maintenance works had been done in the same place. I even met and talked with the old owner many years ago, who is a very nice gentleman. For each service, I always gave a 5-star mark, although occasionally there had been blunders. But this time, I had to give a 4-star, not because of the quality of the service but because of the integrity to some degree. I had a car battery which reached the end of the life when shopping at Costco this year (2026). So, naturally I bought a new battery from there as a replacement. The US-made battery, group size 35, type compatible, is one inch taller than the original Japanese-made battery (which I did some research work). I had to use a wire and some threads to tie it to prevent it from moving, as a temporary solution. In the past 3 decades, I did this multiple times because understandably an original battery would last only about 8 years (at least in the old days). But this time, to my surprise, the service description said "hold down hardware broken being held in unsafe manor, replaced hardware, now secure". What they actually did was removing the original battery tray underneath to offset the 1-inch difference so the battery can be secured using a screw, the so-called hardware. Since the pandemic, and the inflation, understandably business became more difficult to make money. But the old value of being honest should still be preserved. And I do believe it is very important to the business in the long run. Personally I like this dealership very much. That is why I am willing to spend time typing this review.

I was shown precisely what I wanted to look at. We came to an agreement on a fair price for the car and completed the deal efficiently. It was a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question that we had and because of him we knew we had made the right choice in car. Had bought 2 cars under the old Boch name and had a terrible experience both buying and service. Last car bought was a Camry in 2007 that still runs like a top. Have bought Toyota cars since but stayed away from Boch each time. Went to the Nucar in Norwood just to do an oil change recently and was surprised at how they are now. May just have been my service advisor Kevin but was treated well and felt I was working with an honest person. That counts for me. May start to bring back my cars to service at Nucar and will consider next time for a new car. Thanks Kevin for your help! If everyone is half as good as you Nucar Toyota is my new go to dealer.

WOW!!! Just AMAZING experience. I know there are many reviews you can read but mine comes from years of experience. This was my 40th, YES 40th vehicle purchase. Not only did Marty ( the fabulous GM) take TWO Teslas in trade with a fantastic price, but the absolutely stunning Yesenia ( finance director AKA rock star aka owner) worked a miracle and got me financed in a beautiful 2025 Lexus RZ. The price was phenomenal but the process was OUTSTANDING!!! Literally the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle at. Each time we walked in and out of the dealership there were people opening both doors like we are royalty to the sales manager Jose personally working hard to get ME into the vehicle I wanted. This is not your typical dealership. It’s a family. A unified business where they all work together towards a common goal. This allows the buying process to transition smoothly and efficiently. The fabulous Aleah was my very own car buying connoisseur. She has a deep knowledge and refined approach to purchasing a vehicle. Aleah was extremely well versed in many aspects of the car buying experience and a complete fashionista with those heart shaped glasses. Most salespeople make more from manufacturer bonuses so the incentive to purchase a Toyota vehicle is higher for them, yet Aleah never once tried to sway me in either direction. Aleah was extremely smart, professional and efficient. We didn’t spend the typical 12 hours at a dealer. When the Finance Director (aka bonita mariposa) stepped in, Yesenia was the most personable humble woman I’ve ever met. Yesenia was not only the type of woman you notice in a crowd for her striking beauty, but that beauty shined from within. Yesenia is just a kind, compassionate soul who truly cares about people. Harr Motors makes you feel like you matter and in a world filled with so much noise and chaos, it’s nice to have a dealership who makes you feel like they have your best interests at heart. I will never forget this car buying experience and I hope to one day, pay their kindness forward in life, because life is incredibly fragile and we never know what our future holds so learn to dance in the rain because this life is just a dress rehearsal for the next.

I ultimately didn't buy here due to a simple lack of - cab

I ultimately didn't buy here due to a simple lack of inventory (I wanted a Prius Prime XSE in guardian gray, and they unfortunately they didn't have any in stock), but I still wanted to write a review to express appreciation for Joel and Harley. Joel in sales was kind and didn't apply any pressure on me whatsoever, and Harley in finance offered a helpful breakdown of what a leasing option would look like. I found them to be excellent to deal with and trusted what they were telling me in terms of pricing and options, and again, most importantly, they didn't pressure me whatsoever and simply talked me through my options. If they'd had inventory there, I would have absolutely purchased with them and recommend them highly if you're considering your own purchase.
