Reached dealership and had to wait for over 15 mts because Juan was busy eating and other two ladies were least concerned that I was waiting. Probably shift starts at 7.30 or 8 am and I was at the dea because Juan was busy eating and other two ladies were least concerned that I was waiting. Probably shift starts at 7.30 or 8 am and I was at the dealership at 9 am and this gentleman was busy eating. Secondly neither did he greet me nor did he smiled once during the whole process. I have used other Toyota dealership but never was treated in this manner. Thirdly they changed all the settings in my vehicle which was painful to restore to my original settings More
