Before taking it to the mechanic, Erin promised that anything that mechanic will find, would be fixed by the dealership, if it presents a safety issue. The safety issue was clearly there; however after we decided to purchase the car, a person name Joe Dolan, came out saying that Erin had an emergency, and the car was sold to somebody else a day ago, so we should look for another Honda elsewhere... This was very rude and unprofessional. I called the dealership manager and left a voicemail, to call me back, and never got a call back. This must be a regular treatment of customers at this dealership, unfortunately. More

We had to go back a second time and there was an internet glitch, which delayed us in getting the vehicle. There were a few other snags and I wasn't happy, but Pedro, the Business Manager and Ricky, my salesman, as well as Luiz Angelo the General Manager made my dream come true. Great Experience Buying TRD Pro Tacoma My father and I came into Westboro Toyota one Saturday as he was thinking of buying a new truck. We show up on one Saturday morning and am greeted by My father and I came into Westboro Toyota one Saturday as he was thinking of buying a new truck. We show up on one Saturday morning and am greeted by product specialist Dave Jason right as we walk in the door. There was a Tacoma TRD Pro that caught our eye as we were walking in and asked if we could take a look at that. He got us set up to do a test drive and in the truck within minutes of getting to the dealership(Unlike a nearby GMC dealership), all without putting any pressure on us to do so. The test drive itself was laid back and Dave was flexible with the route we wanted to take. After asking countless questions and concluding the test drive, we had fallen for the truck. When deliberating what to do with my father, Dave gave us a respectful amount of space, which was much appreciated. The lack of high pressure sales tactics made the purchasing process an enjoyable experience. We discussed price and accessories with Dave as well as the manager and were able to come to an amicable agreement and pulled the trigger on the truck. Before purchasing, we noticed that the shifter boot was decoupled from the shifter handle and informed Dave that we would like it fixed before taking possession. He said he would handle it personally and have it done by the time we come to pick up the truck. 2 days later we come to pick up the truck and Dave had kept his word by personally seeing that the shifter boot was fixed. He even explained what most likely happened and what the technicians did to fix it. Overall I would rate this car buying experience a 10/10 and if you are in the market for a new car or truck, I would go to Westboro Toyota and ask for Dave Jason. More
