I am working with Rick Tonelli. I have a repair through my insurance. He was unhelpful from the start. He told me to get my insurance appraisal before bringing my truck in. I did that and then the repair required another adjustment for supplemental payments. I dropped the truck off on Monday evening, and on Thursday at 3:30pm Rick called me to say that the appraiser had not showed up. I called my insurance company and the appraisal company and they told me the request for another appraisal came in a 3pm on Thursday. Today, Saturday, Rick called me to say the appraiser wouldn’t come until Tuesday. He denied their claim that the request for a second appraisal was placed at 3pm on Thursday. I do not have insurance coverage for a loaner vehicle so I have been without transportation. I have my own landscaping business that I run with my truck, so being without a vehicle is impeding my ability to earn income. My experience with Toyota Westboro has been frustrating so far. More

Routine maintenance performed two months later than scheduled because service advisor said car had not been driven enough miles, thus avoiding work being done unnecessarily.
