"Over all amazing place "

Best dealership I’ve been too. I was helped the minute I walked in and had all questions answered promptly. Everyone was very nice and eager to help in any way possible. I will definitely be going back because of the simple fact that my time was just as important as there’s and that speaks highly to me. I hate waiting and they did not make me wait for anything, the minute they had info on my car I knew it also. Highly recommended.

"Convenient and done right"

I bought my Prius here and always get it serviced here. No real issues with the car and no real issues with the service. It's easy to get an appointment, even on a Sunday morning! There is a shuttle that will drop me at work and pick me up if I need to leave my car. The waiting area is good for working or not. Things are generally explained well and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Work is done in the timeframe quoted. Cost seems typical - not too high, not dirt cheap. They sometimes advise a less expensive option and sometimes you need to ask about that. 125,000 in 5 years and so far so good.

"Many satisfied miles"

I’ve had my car serviced at Westborough Toyota for 115,,000 miles and my car runs great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that they no longer wash my car when I have service done. It was nice to get a clean well serviced car back.

Recently I brought both my RAV4 and my wife's Highlander in for their 10,000. mi. service. The service department took our cars at the scheduled times and I waited for both. Service was completed quickly and within the given timeframes. Yeah, that's A+ service!

"Experienced, professional, courteous and GREAT"

I have been going to Westboro for almost 2.5 years now and I see Erik Thorsen each time I go. He is very polite, couteous and more importantly he puts himself into customers shoes and suggests the right things to be done. He has patience to explain what is going on and what should be and shouldn't be done. I would always wait to go to him for my service needs. Overall he is great and very assuring.

"SERVICE DEPARTMENT "

I have been driving for 65 plus years. As a person who understands respect and business. This is the best Dealership Service I have received. Thanks to the shuttle driver his name slips my mind he was very professional. Young man who took my vehicle and the person who came out of a back office . Big guy was saying good morning to the employees and me. I did not get his name I called back name was John Dowdon the shuttle mans name was Dan the person on my paper was Roger.

"Service Dept Awful Won't Honor Warrantee"

Went in to get my speedometer checked on my 2016 Corolla. The speedometer is off by 5 miles per hour. Even the Tech said it was off but the service manager had all kinds of excuses not to fix it since it's under the warrantee. Don't bother with these clowns. They lost a customer. I hope they go out of business.

Westboro Toyota responded

Thank you for your information however you failed to mention the vehicle concern you expressed is not a product issue nor could it be duplicated by a Master Toyota Diagnostician. Not only did we check with the product consultants with TMS our team checked with other same base model Corollas and this was normal operating conditions and you exaggerated it was far less than 5 miles and was in the engineered range set forth by the manufacture. Your statement about clowns is not professional. We did and will contact TMS and upload your review to our data records. Thank you again for your time and consideration Norm Silva. Not to mention you were given a free hub cap that had an issue from 6 months ago one clip was broken. We delivered the hub cap to your residents. We are very sorry for your displeasure of the vehicles perceived issue from the forums you had mentioned.

I did have some initial communication issues with this dealership but management got involved quickly and made it right. That means a lot in my book to admit your mistakes and move forward to amend. I would recommend them based on this fact alone.
