Mileage went down after service. Didn’t get proper response back. Work report was shared with sales team and they wasted my time by sending messages about vehicle buyback. I understand that Toyota is one of the most sought brands and dealerships are very busy. However, I come to realize that there is a problem in this system. Maybe is only working for Toyota. We picked up our new Highlander and met the Assistant Service Manager. He was very helpful in explaining the policies. We hope to use the Service Center often. We travel a lot. We were unhappy to learn that to get the third year of free service we cannot go to any Toyota dealer for routine service during the first two years - we can only use Westboro Toyota. We may not be in the area for each of the 5000 free service intervals. One of the reasons we bought at Westboro Toyota was the additional third year of free service. More
