I came in for service and along with the oil change they performed a multi point inspection but never put air in my tires. My appointment was at 10:45. Was told it wouldn’t take more then two hours. When I called at 1:40 they haven’t even looked at my car for the safety recall that I keep getting bot Was told it wouldn’t take more then two hours. They made all the excuses they could think of telling me it would be ready by 4. I told them that wasn’t acceptable and I was picking my car up because I didn’t plan on it being an all day thing. The person who brought me to drop it off had plans at 3 I couldn’t make them wait and waste their day as well. I got no apologies just brushed off like I didn’t matter. I thought safety recalls were important I guess not to them. More
