I was so disappointed today when I had terrible customer service and there was nothing. The service manager could do about fixing , an issue that was initially caused by your mechanics. I had to wait in my truck for over 1/2 hour til anyone came to check me in. I was also told I couldn’t keep the engine running. A woman in the line in front of me escalated her frustration with the wait and they brought in someone other than what appeared to be the 1 check in person. I was also irritated on the quote presented. It didn’t include fees and taxes. I used this dealer simply because it’s close to work. Even if I break down in front of the dealership I will tow it to an alternate dealer. More
Asking for over $1100 in break repair when parts are worth $300 maximum is a ridiculous amount. To pay over 3 times the amount for labor that would cost 1 hour tops is worrying. I came in after I had diagnosed the issue with the car and it took over 2 hours while I waited with my baby to be told the exact information I already knew. I’d rather risk my brakes and do it myself than to pay people labor costs of $500-1000 an hour that aren’t able to help me. If you can justify 571 for rear brakes and 571 for front brakes I would love a call. More
