I don’t often go here for service but my trusted mechanic wasn’t able to perform the service I needed. I parked out front and walked inside and it took a minute for anyone to acknowledge me. The gentleman at the first desk had his back to the door and was scrolling on his phone. When he did notice me, he let me know that I could pull up to the garage door and someone would be out to greet me. There are striped “speed bump” looking things on the ground. To someone who has never really been here, that seemed like the point I needed to drive up to. I sat and waited for several minutes until another customer walked by and told me I needed to pull up all the way to the door. I would recommend your staff ask clients if they have been here before and if the answer is no to explain the procedures completely. The things that annoyed me about my visit could have easily been avoided with a bit clearer communication on where to go. Once I was inside the team was helpful in explaining exactly what they were going to do and why it was necessary. I was appreciative of the service, I just wish I didn’t have to do so much waiting around after being given little to no guidance upon arrival. More
Westborough Toyota made the car purchasing process extremely difficult and costly. The dealership sold me a car that they weren't prepared to sell, and I wasn't informed that the dealership didn't eve extremely difficult and costly. The dealership sold me a car that they weren't prepared to sell, and I wasn't informed that the dealership didn't even have the title to the car I was buying. This information was only provided to me AFTER I already paid my down payment and waited 2 hours to speak with the finance department. Dealership unwilling to provide a loaner vehicle while they wait for the title to arrive, and said that I could pay out of pocket for a rental with discounted rates, even though it was them who sold a car without a title. It took the dealership 10 days to get the new title in the mail. I had to pay several hundred dollars out of pocket taking Uber because of the dealership selling a car they weren't ready to sell, and offering nothing to accommodate their error. When I picked up the car for the first time after waiting 10 days, the AC didn't work and the car needed to go back into service 24 hours after picking it up. The service advisor (I believe her name was Jodie) did not contact me once while my car remained in the service department for another 2 days. I had to call the service department 3 times before anyone was willing to provide a status update. 3 weeks later, the car is back at the dealership with a check engine light. Lastly, the dealership lost the 2nd key to the car and didn't tell me until I picked up the car for the first time. More
