My experience was good I came in and Jeremy law was very professional and accommodating. He took time to her my question no matter how many or simple they sounded. John is the rudest ever customer service I have dealt with. He didn’t call me until noon after which I called him and left a voicemail. I said I was in a meeting until 2pm to which he rudely responded- you know the shuttle service is a courtesy not an obligation. If you can’t come now I don’t know if we can come to pick you. I was appalled and said that I was waiting all morning with no update and it was a working day. He repeated everything and then I had to get tough and he backed off saying tge shuttle went in the opposite direction and will reach my house by 2pm. So I agreed however the shuttle reached at 1.35pm and the wonderful driver was not informed about the timing by John!! Terrible customer service..apparently he was in charge that day so I didn’t know who to complain to.. More
