I had an appointment for routine maintenance (oil change and rotate tires). The appointment took aver 2.5 hours!!! and rotate tires). The appointment took aver 2.5 hours!!! More

We had a series of disappointments with the dealership. The car was advertised with a roof rack but the rack had been taken off and we had to push to have one installed. When removing our license plate from our old car the mechanic tore the plate at the hole rather than getting the old bolt or screw out. We were over billed for the deposit and had to work to get that refunded. We have concerns about the car we were sold as 'no accidents' because we have found that one wheel runs against the wheel well liner in a hard turn. More
