I went with an issue related to cabin noise apparently from the head rest of my new Toyota Highlander . I was told that the technicians were not able to hear any noise , let alone trying to find the sourc from the head rest of my new Toyota Highlander . I was told that the technicians were not able to hear any noise , let alone trying to find the source or fixing it . Very unprofessional on part of Toyota, dismissing the issue without confirming . I was ready to demonstrate the technicians the noise I was referring to but no one gave me a chance. I wasted a lot of time without any result and I was even charged for this useless process which was unable to even acknowledge the issue . I plan to visit another Toyota dealer now but my time and money has already been wasted with this visit . More

The service is good, the wait time is long (2+ hours) for oil change fluid check, tire rotation and needs improvement a team approach may help cut wait times.
