I wasn’t informed about a break problem. I came back to pick up my car and the oil change was done but no one had contacted me about the breaks and it just wasn’t done so I had to come back I came back to pick up my car and the oil change was done but no one had contacted me about the breaks and it just wasn’t done so I had to come back two days later. As a busy single mom with no access to another vehicle this was an enormous added stress to go a second day without a car for regular maintenance. John is also the person who never let the body shop know my car was waiting for them for 3 days a few years ago (leaving me without a car for nearly a week) so I specifically asked to see someone else the second trip and even tho a different person was put on the paper work I had to deal with him a second time. He informed me that the rides home are unreliable because “people don’t want to work anymore” and frankly that is just so disrespectful. The shuttle driver and the man who used to do check ins (who recently quit) are the two people whose kindness and care are the reason I haven’t gone anywhere else for over a decade. I am reevaluating that resolve after this week. More
