As per our last email to each other. We do apologize for the misundersatnding when it came to the price with the accessories that you wanted to add. I think part of the problem was that Henry who you dealt with online to get your price was not available to handle the deal with you and when Larry got involved that is when the error occurred. We did and would have done the deal as agreed without the accessories. The one thing is we are an honest dealer just as most dealers are across the country. Everyone does makes mistakes including Cardinal Honda which is a great dealership. It is forums like DealerRater that allow you as aconsumer to post both positive and negative thoughts and experience. As you can see we were voted by customers as the 2013 DealerRater Honda dealer of the year for Connecticut. Like I said in my previous email to you we did try to contact you and you did not respond.
