He was very friendly, easy-going, and overall a pleasure to work with. Our next stop was at a Hyundai dealership in central CT. The facility/salesman at the Hyundai dealership were so awful we went straight back to Westbrook Toyota and bought the Corolla from Mark, without hesitation.
