I went to five Jeep dealerships looking for a Jeep Wrangler and John was the only one that actually showed me the vehicle. All other dealerships asked me if I knew anything about the car but immediate Wrangler and John was the only one that actually showed me the vehicle. I sat down with one dealer who went through financing options, options for the vehicle before even offering me a test drive. John at Westbury Jeep not only did not ask me for any personal information but he offered a test drive withing 5 minutes of meeting him. After receiving daily phone calls from other dealerships, annoying me to come in I decided to go Westbury. Again John walked me through any and all questions about the vehicle and none of the typical sale gimmicks involved with other dealerships. He was straight to the point and knew the vehicle in and out. He even gave me his cell phone to call him after hours in order to get a rebate on my car. I highly recommend John as well as the dealership in general. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would definitely return there. More

Went In westbury to purchase a 2012 dodge charger r/t, had an appointment with Shawn from sales. He was there waiting for my wife and I when we walked through the door. We were treated with respect and given the best deal possible without having to negotiate. The showroom at westbury is top of the line, clean, large, comfortable, and gives you free coffee. After a great experience with Shawn we were sent to the finance genius, Dominic. Dominic kept us entertained throughout the tedious finance process and worked wonders on our rates. Way lower rates than I ever could have imagined. Once we were done with Dominic, me and my wife walked to get lunch came back one hour later and our car was ready to take home. I can never see myself buying a car again from anyone but Westbury and if Shawn and Dominic are still there I will demand their services. More

When we walked into the Jeep dealer we just wanted to look. The receptionist asked us if we wanted a salesman and I said no not yet. We got along great, he answered all of our questions. We went for a test drive. Peter listened to our concerns about buying a new car. Peter is one of the best saleman we have ever come across. And when I bought my 2008 Chevy HHR the salesman did not even compare to Peter. The Peter turned us over to Steve who handled the loan for us. He answered all of our questions in detail. The finance guy I met with, Bobbie, was also very knowledgeable and helpful. He didnt try to push options on me - he explained each one and what it offered and accepted my decisions. I had been to another dealer previously (different make of car) and that experience left me expecting lies, stupidity and a hassle everywhere I went. Westbury Jeep, Alex and Bobbie, were polar opposites of that. I highly recommend them both if you're interested in a Jeep Chrysler or Dodge.
