Initially I was interested in a 2008 used Liberty but after looking at the 2010 and talking about various things with Tom I decided to purchase a black 2010, for a very reasonable price. It was a pleasure dealing with him and everyone else at Westbury. Tom was actually one of the only salesman that actually returned my phone calls in a timely manner and answered any questions! The car was ready when promised,it was clean and beautiful, the finance dept. was excellent and purchasing the jeep was an enjoyable very easy process. This is my second purchase from Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge. I came to them five years ago for my Liberty and just recently felt like getting something a little different and newer. I made the mistake of going to a few other dealerships first, (none being Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge)..but their customer service was just completely lacking. I knew I should have just come back to Westbury first. This was my first time dealing with Shane and Arnie. Both were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The best part to me is that neither one of them were the typical pushy salespeople...they were down-to-earth, normal guys who had a lot to offer. I can't thank them enough. I had an appointment for several things to be serviced but when I got there they didn't have any loaner cars left. I was annoyed because I had errands to run and kids to pick up. Mr. Mahoney helped Mik but when I got there they didn't have any loaner cars left. I was annoyed because I had errands to run and kids to pick up. Mr. Mahoney helped Mike get me home. Mr. Mahoney had promised me my car would be done early or would have a loaner delivered to my house. My car was done by 2 pm and they picked me up and brought me to the service center. When I first decided to buy a new car I knew I wanted a Jeep.I went to Westbury Jeep and started looking at a 2010 Grand Cherokee, but was too tall for the drivers seat. My sales person Greg Leonardo kn Jeep.I went to Westbury Jeep and started looking at a 2010 Grand Cherokee, but was too tall for the drivers seat. My sales person Greg Leonardo knew I still wanted a Jeep and started to show me the other models. Greg was very knowledgeable about the all the diffrent options avaiable for all the Jeeps models. We narrowed it down to a Jeep Wrangler and a Jeep Compass. After the test drive I choose the Wrangler and thats when Greg really went to work trying to find the perfect car. He was able to find me a Wrangler in-stock with all the options that I wanted at a great price. After Greg found the car Arnie Price helped to get me with car loan. Arine didn't stop with the banks untill he could get me the lowest interst rate possible. The best part of the experiance was that Greg and Arnie were both avaibale after 6:00 p.m. so I didn't have to take off from work to see them about getting my new car. If it weren't for the holiday weekend I would had my new Wrangleer the next day. More

I just love Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge! After returning my 2007 Jeep lease to this dealership, I purchased a 2010 Dodge Nitro. I was so pleased with everyone from the Sales Department to the Finance Depart my 2007 Jeep lease to this dealership, I purchased a 2010 Dodge Nitro. I was so pleased with everyone from the Sales Department to the Finance Department, and wrote a previous post about Arnie Price, in the Finance Department. However, the fabulous care at Westbury Jeep doesn't stop as you drive your new vehicle out of their lot. After receiving numerous negative phone calls from my previous leasing company, that insisted I still had ownership of my 2007 Jeep, I placed a call to Westbury Jeep. I was immediately connected to Debbie Javaherian, Business Coordinator at the dealership. She was kind, caring and showed empathy as I spoke to her in regard to the prior leasing company and the phone calls I was receiving. She promised me that she would personally call the lease company and put an end to my harrassing phone calls. Debbie Javaherian called me back within the hour and told me that she was able to straighten out my problem with that leasing company. She surely put my mind at ease!
